Steps to reproduce

Randomly set up three 1 m × 1 m plots in each community, and use counting method to investigate the number of plant species in the plots; Visual estimation method for calculating coverage; Randomly select 10 plants within the sample plot and measure their height using a measurement method. Use the average value as the height of each species within the sample plot; Cut all the above ground plants in the sample plot and collect the ground litter. Place them in envelopes and bring them back to the laboratory for drying at 80 ° C to a constant weight. Weigh them separately and calculate the dry weight of vegetation above ground biomass. Use a soil drill with a diameter of 8 cm to take samples of the 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers in the vegetation survey sample plot using the Z-shaped sampling method. After taking them out, put them into soil bags, and a part of them will be sieved and stored in a -40 ° C freezer for the determination of soil fungi and bacteria. After the remaining soil samples are brought back to the laboratory, they are naturally air dried, ground fine, sieved, and used for the determination and analysis of soil chemical properties.
