Description

A database of 1,809 unique ultra-high performance concrete formulations compiled from 361 peer-reviewed publications (2014-2026). Each row is one distinct formulation as reported in one source, with every populated cell traceable to a publication that states it. Inclusion is by measured value rather than by author label. A formulation qualifies if either a compressive strength of at least 120 MPa is reported at an age of 28 days or less, or the source states a water/binder ratio of 0.25 or below together with silica fume and a superplasticizer. Fibres are optional and coarse-aggregate UHPC is admitted, separated by the max_aggregate_size_mm partition field. The limb each row satisfies is published in uhpc_qualification (134 rows at or above 150 MPa, 193 between 120 and 150 MPa, 459 on both limbs, 742 on the water/binder limb alone), so a user may re-partition at another threshold such as the 150 MPa of ACI 239R. Papers that call themselves UHPC while stating neither a qualifying strength nor a qualifying water/binder ratio with silica fume and superplasticizer were excluded: 77 papers fell at exactly that test. The 83 fields cover formulation identity; binder and supplementary powders; water and admixture; aggregate including maximum size; fibre family, geometry and dosage on both volume and mass axes; curing regime, temperature and duration; fresh-state behaviour; mechanical performance with the test age and the specimen geometry that produced it; durability and transport endpoints; sustainability notes; and per-row provenance including the access route that delivered the source. A field is populated only where the cited source states the value, or where it follows from source-stated values by one of ten documented derivations, each of which writes its own token into derived_flags. A blank means the source did not report that quantity: it is never imputed, estimated or replaced by a typical value. Ten derivations are explicitly forbidden, including reading a value off a plotted figure, converting a compressive strength between cube and cylinder geometry, interpolating to a standard test age, and assuming a fibre density or admixture solid content. Field completeness therefore measures reporting practice in the UHPC literature rather than data quality: 68% of formulations carry a compressive strength, 86% a water/binder ratio, 14% an elastic modulus and 1% a chloride migration coefficient. Every formulation carries a verbatim source excerpt supporting its headline property, with a flag recording whether that excerpt contains the value itself. 759 rows carry at least one quality-control flag, every one of which names the intervention: 111 elastic moduli stated between 155 and 250 GPa were blanked as steel-fibre moduli mis-mapped into the concrete's modulus field, and 40 values stated under a slump heading but exceeding 350 mm were moved unchanged to flow_spread_mm as spread diameters. Intended for property-prediction models.
