Description

This dataset contains .inp files for the TOPAS V7 that were used for double-Voigt diffraction data analysis utilizing the Stephens and Aniso macro to analyze contributions to peak-broadening and the size of diffracting domains. Raw diffraction data of Lamellar and Spheroidized cementite powders recorded at ID22 beamline of the ESRF.
