This data show the stable isotope analysis (IS) for δ13C and δ15N from 78 species sampled with a commercial trawl fisheries, during the winter 2018 and summer 2019, in the sea of Cananéia, São Paulo, Brazil. This data was used for construct a image of the complex trophic web that they are involved.
