Description

E14.5 embryos were electroporated with pSuper-Retro-Puro (control) or sh-Ebf3 (2.5 μg/μl) together with pCAG-EGFP (0.8μg/μl). Organotypic coronal brain slices (250 μm thick) at the level of the interventricular foramen were prepared 42 h after electroporation using a vibrating microtome (HM650V; Thermo Fisher Scientific) in Hanks’ balanced salt solution (Wako).
