Multi-scenario network performance dataset

Description

We utilized GenNP to generate a network performance simulation dataset comprising 10,000 samples. This dataset encompasses two scenarios: normal operation and fault conditions. To simulate diverse scenarios, we randomly sampled feasible values of configuration parameters. It is worth noting that, given the large number of controllable variables, the scope of potential scenarios is very broad. Therefore, to ensure comprehensive spatial coverage within this dataset, the time granularity for sampling network performance outputs was uniformly set to one-second intervals.
