Description

Dataset exploring the acute effects of 3 stretching modalities : SS, static stretching; DS, dynamic stretching; PNF is a CRAC technique and all were compared with a C (control) condition. The dataset shows the sex, age, hight and weight fo the volunteers. The other column are coded as follows: - first letters = condition being explored (C, PNF, DS or SS) - Flex is the test of hamstring flexibility - Pre is after a first short warm-up - Post is at the end of the session = after the stretching intervention and a short re-warm-up - CMJ is the vertical jump height using a counter movement jump with the a number indicating: 1, after the first short warm-up; 2, after the stretching intervention and 3, afgter the re-warm-up.
