Data and scripts used for the paper "Climatological Teleconnections with Wind Energy in a Midcontinental Region" submitted to the American Meteorological Society (AMS) in 2020. R script makes use of each csv file. The goal of this study was to assess the relationship between synoptic regimes, teleconnections and external forcing on wind energy in the Upper Midwest. The script converts wind speeds to energy output, completes a multiple linear regression and yields several figures from the paper.
