Digital Readiness Assessment in Higher Education Institutions

Description

This paper presents a dataset collected from 1212 participants representing students, professors, and administrative staff in Algerian higher education and scientific research institutions. The aim is to assess the level of digital readiness in light of academic and administrative digital transformation efforts. The measurement tool was developed based on a systematic literature review and qualitative interviews with specialists. It covered four main dimensions: infrastructure, digital skills, senior management support, and readiness for change, along with three mediating variables: e-learning, e-library, and e-administration
