The HPLC-RID/DAD analyses were performed using an Agilent Technologies system (1260 Infinity II, Agilent). An Animex HPX-87H, 300 mm x 7.8 mm column with a particle size of 9 μm was used for separation. The mobile phase consisted of 5 mM H2SO4 with a flow rate of 0.55 mL/min, with the column temperature at 60°C. The injection volume was 20 µL. 5-point calibration curves were used to quantify the products.
