English: This dataset, titled ""Mobbing Exposure Survey" consists of voluntarily collected survey responses where each row represents an individual respondent and the columns detail demographic information (gender, occupation, age group, marital status, education, work experience) as well as workplace mobbing incidents—including frequency, types of abusive behaviors, their impacts, and the presence of organizational policies aimed at prevention and support.
