Description

The world is termed as VUCA which means V:Volatile, U: uncertain, C: Complex and A: Ambiguous that presents us with several challenges in day to day functioning. The adoption of Green HRM practices is no longer optional; it has become an organizational necessity. Human Resources are complex in nature and their practices should comply with that. Green HRM practices are replacing papers over virtual work in the areas such as recruitment, training, placement, etc. This study particularly highlights the mere use of green technologies in the private sector firm and how the employees perceive those practices. I have used data collection via survey method. It also investigates the impact of green HRM on factors like virtual interviews, environmental values, e-learning platforms, e-files ,etc which help the organisation to cater effective time management. The technologies used by private sectors are updated, reliable and fast which thereby helps for quick and informed decisions at every level in the organisation. Further more, this study will add another dimension in the research inculcating the varied viewpoints of employees working under Green practices. It will determine the holistic understanding of the eco-friendly approach that has been adopted in the current scenario.
