Description

The compressed "fastq_files" file contains the sequencing data for the ITS and 16S regions in fastq format. The "samples_16S" and "samples_ITS" files contain information associated with each sample as well as soil properties. The "MiSeqReadSet_2023-10-17" file contains additional data on the sequencing performed.
