Description

Processed data on the genomic triplet content of all exome transcripts to be used in mutation profile-generating tool SISMO (https://github.com/TheHampusJohansson/sismo). Transcripts are based on fasta assessed from Gencode release 45 (https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gencode/Gencode_human/release_45/).
