This dataset includes RDS files containing unprocessed and processed Xenium spatial transcriptomic data, imaging mass cytometry data, and image masks. The data were generated and analyzed as part of the study by Koops et al. (Spatial profiling identifies a distinct and topographically-defined tumor microenvironment that emerges during multiple myeloma evolution, Blood Cancer Discovery, 2026), focusing on the tumor microenvironment across the myeloma disease spectrum.
