This dataset comprises RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, and proteomics data. The RNA-Seq and proteomics analyses were performed using human-derived cells. In addition, RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq analyses were conducted on a spinal cord injury mouse model. The dataset also includes RNA-Seq data from mouse tail tip fibroblasts treated exclusively with GSTA4, as well as ATAC-Seq data from human fibroblasts subjected to GSTA4-only treatment. This dataset provides a comprehensive resource for studying transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic changes across different models and treatment conditions.
