replication package including data used, codes producing .mat files that are ultimately used by code to produce the figures in the paper, and a detailed document on how to reproduce each and every table and figure in the paper. This package is sufficient to reproduce all figures and results (if you run first the SVAR code). For convenience we include the .mat files that come out of the code. Due to storage limits we cannot fit the file "apnp_jie_varmat1_signonly.mat" but another mendeley database will be provide with it.
