Evaluation was performed with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) (chromosome X, centromere region red signal, nucleus blue signal). Picture represents 5 cells: 2 of 5 cells contain two (white arrows), and 3 of 5 cells contain one hybridization signal (black arrows).

Steps to reproduce
We examined histologically the ovarian biopsy specimen of Patient 1, and fluoresence in situ hybridization showed the hybridization signals of the cells.
