This Supplementary Appendix provides the detailed methodology and round-by-round results of the Delphi consensus process on Perioperative Management in Nail Surgery Summary tables at the end of this appendix provide a domain-based overview of final consensus statements across rounds, documenting the progression from exploratory qualitative input to final expert recommendations. Supplementary Figure 1 summarizes the main areas in which consensus was not achieved (agreement <70%) during the Delphi process. Areas without consensus reflect persistent clinical uncertainty and identify priorities for future research and guideline development in nail surgery.
