This data includes raw deformation data of 6 anhydrous forsterite aggregates deformed at confining pressures of ~300 MPa and temperatures of 1423–1523 K in a Paterson gas-medium apparatus. It can be used to investigate the rheology behavior of forsterite aggregates. The results show that the forsterite aggregates deformed dominantly by diffusion creep and obey a linear flow law with a stress exponent n = 1.0 ± 0.08, an activation energy Q = 365 ± 22.7 kJ/mol, and a grain size exponent p = 2.9 ± 0.23.
