Description

Dataset Description • Size: 603 respondents × 76 variables. • Respondents: Adult Nepalese individuals who have used AI-driven fitness apps for at least one month. • Demographics: Includes gender, age group, academic qualification, types of fitness apps used, exercise habits, and duration of use. • Study Variables: o Independent Variables (IVs): Perceived Privacy (PP), Anthropomorphism (AP), Perceived Empathy (PE), Perceived Joy (PJ), Perceived Usefulness (PU). o Moderating Variables (MVs): Health Behavior Changes (HBC), Perceived Trustworthiness (PT). o Dependent Variable (DV): Health and Well-being (HW). • Indicators: Each latent construct is measured using multiple observed items (Likert scale: 1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree). • Data Preparation: o Raw item-level responses (PP_1 to HW_6). o Computed mean scores for constructs (e.g., PP, AP, PU, HW). o Standardized z-scores (e.g., ZPerceived_Privacy, ZHealth_and_Well_being). o Interaction terms (Inter_1, Inter_2, Inter_3) for moderation analysis. • Completeness: No missing values. • Analysis Readiness: The dataset is structured for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), with latent variables represented by multiple observed indicators, and includes standardized values for advanced regression/path analysis.
