Description

In this study, rat monocytes were separated and differentiated into macrophages by treating them with an optimized concentration of Dex. After confirming the differentiation of the macrophages, they were treated with antigens derived from rabbit red blood cells. The in vivo study evaluated the effects of autograft injection of cells treated with Dex, which contained antigens, on the modulation of innate and specific immune responses, as well as the induction of potential pathological lesions.
