Description

This dataset was generated through the administration of a structured questionnaire to volunteers serving in a non-governmental organisation (NGO). The instrument includes validated psychometric scales measuring work engagement (UWES), job satisfaction (SL-20/23), work-related flow (WOLF), and organisational variables such as leadership perception, length of service, and intention to remain. All items were measured using five-point Likert-type response scales. Participation was voluntary and anonymous, and no personally identifiable information was collected. The data were gathered exclusively for academic research purposes. The dataset may be used for: Psychometric validation studies Reliability analysis (Cronbach’s alpha, McDonald’s omega) Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (EFA / CFA) Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) Latent Class Analysis (LCA) Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) Multinomial logistic regresion Mediation and moderation analysis Path analysis Measurement invariance testing Multivariate statistical modelling Cluster analysis Organisational behaviour research Volunteer management research Predictive modelling of intention to remain Comparative studies across organisational contexts

This dataset contains responses collected through a structured questionnaire administered to volunteers serving in a non-governmental organisation (NGO). Data were gathered using validated psychometric instruments commonly employed in organisational and occupational research, including measures of work engagement (UWES), job satisfaction (SL-20/23), work-related flow (WOLF), and organisational variables such as leadership perception, length of service, and intention to remain. All items were measured using five-point Likert-type response scales. Participation was voluntary and anonymous, and informed consent was obtained prior to participation. No personally identifiable information was recorded. Responses were coded numerically and organised into a structured dataset suitable for statistical, psychometric, and multivariate modelling applications. The dataset is provided as open data and may be reused for secondary analysis under appropriate citation.
