Description
This dataset contains questionnaire responses from 1,062 employed parents in China, including 748 mothers and 314 fathers. Data were collected in May 2024. The variables cover parental burnout, work–family conflict, family–work conflict, psychological control, behavioral control, parental neglect, parental violence, and parental rejection. The data support the network analyses reported in the accompanying study.
