Description

The dataset contains supplementary data for the contribution A methodology for the ecological and economic assessment of manufacturing process sequences intended for publication in the special issue of PROCEDIA CIRP for the 27th Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) conference in Grenoble. The dataset is the basis of the case study presented in the contribution. It contains the data used to calculate the costs and monetary value of the manufacturing process sequence analyzed in the case study. The manufacturing process sequence consisted of the four unit processes grinding, drag finishing, PVD coating, peripheral milling. The monetary value was calculated by using EPS 2015d and Lime3. Costs were calculated based on the material flow cost accounting according to ISO 14051.
