Description

R scripts and datasets used to analyse yawning frequency (Firth-corrected Poisson regression), yawning investment (bootstrap resampling), changes in activity levels during the 180 s before and after yawning events (Wilcoxon signed-rank test), and differences in ΔActivity between yawning and control periods (Wilcoxon rank-sum test).
