These data underly the manuscript "In vivo imaging of superoxide as drug response and precision therapy enrollment biomarkers for BAM15 treatment in sepsis AKI", including images, measured superoxide content, glomerular filtration rate, and survival after cecal ligation and puncture-induced sepsis in a mouse model, where individual mice were treated with either BAM15 or vehicle control.
