Description

1) Western-blot using larval brains of yw control line or ΔVostok mutants. The membrane #2 was hybridized with Vostok antibodies (Vostok Western-blot - yw and Vostok-mutants - larvae brains 7-3-25.tif). To control the amount of material, the same membrane used for hybridization with Vostok was hybridized with CP190 antibodies (CP190 Western-blot - yw and Vostok-mutants - larvae brains 7-3-25.tif)
