Description

Extremely low temperature often leads to massive mortalities of marine bivalves. We obtained the transcriptome of the marine bivalves by next generation sequencing (NGS) and de novo assbemby. Then, we annotated the unigene of the transcriptome and analyzed differentially expressed genes (DEG) in digestive gland of marine bivalves under extremely low temperature stress. The transcriptomic analysis in digestive gland of marine bivalves under extremely low temperature stress revealed that several important DEG and KEGG pathway were identified to be potentially involved in resisting extremely low temperature of marine bivalves. File DEG: DEG in digestive gland of marine bivalves between 27 °C and 9 °C.
