The package contains Stata code (Readme.do) and harmonized datasets to replicate the baseline regressions (Tables 3-6), instrumental variable analyses (Tables 7-9), and further heterogeneous and moderating analyses (Tables 10-11).

Steps to reproduce

1.Open Readme.do. 2.Modify the global path macros at the top of the script to point to your local directory. 3.Execute Readme.do to reproduce all tables in the manuscript.
