The Electron Probe Micro-Analysis (EPMA) comprises measurements of municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash. The data are organized into two analytical subsets reflecting different measurement strategies and target phases. The first subset consists of EPMA analyses (Al, Cr, Cu, Sb, Si, Ti, Fe, Pb, Mg, Mn, Zn, S, P, Ni, and Co) performed on visually bright, metallic appearing grains. The second subset contains oxide-based EPMA analyses, reported as Na2O, SiO2, CaO, FeO, K2O, Al2O3, MgO, Cr2O3, MnO, TiO2, P2O5, ZnO and NiO, representing the composition of silicate phases within the bottom ash matrix. The XRD data is comprised of three diffractograms collected over a 2Theta range of 4-85°, using a step size of 0.008° 2Theta.
