Description

We used single-cell transcriptome and accessible chromatin sequencing (scMultiome) to characterize the mucus covering colonic epithelium engineered tissue response at 24 hours post infection of Salmonella. This repository contains Cell Ranger Arc generated fragment files of scMultiome data
