Description

This dataset contains the raw experimental data, bioinformatics datasets, and supplementary materials supporting the manuscript titled "Elucidating the Multi-Target Mechanisms of Danggui Biejia Decoction Against Hepatic Fibrosis: An Integrated Network Pharmacology and Experimental Study". The data provides a comprehensive foundation for the network pharmacology screening and the in vitro validations presented in the study. The dataset is organized into the following main components: 1. Western Blot Images: Western Bot images evaluating the expression and phosphorylation of key proteins (including Smad2, AKT, NF-κB p65, TNF-α, COL1A1, α-SMA, and β-actin) in LX-2 cells, providing raw validation for the TGF-β/Smad, PI3K/AKT, and NF-κB signaling pathways. 2. Active Components and Targets: A comprehensive dataset detailing the active ingredients identified in the five constituent herbs of Danggui Biejia Decoction (DGBJD). This includes key pharmacokinetic parameters such as Oral Bioavailability (OB) and Drug-Likeness (DL) values, alongside their predicted corresponding protein targets. 3. Disease Targets Database: The complete set of hepatic fibrosis-related targets retrieved and consolidated from public databases (GeneCards, OMIM, and CTD), which was utilized for disease-drug intersection and network construction. 4. Supplementary Tables: Three additional supplementary tables containing detailed downstream analytical results (such as topological parameters, GO/KEGG enrichment details, or molecular docking scores) that support the manuscript's findings.
