Description

Figure 2C autorad: Western blot of lung and thymus tissue from endothelial-specific SIRT1 knockout mice (ESKO-1,2,3) and wild-type mice (WT-1,2,3) probed with anti-SIRT1 (Sigma) and anti-tubulin antibodies (Sigma). The SIRT1 protein level is reduced in ESKO mice compared to WT mice. Figure 2C autorad long: Western blot of lung tissue from endothelial-specific SIRT1 knockout (ESKO-1,2,3) and wild-type (WT-1,2,3) mice probed with an anti-SIRT1 antibody (Sigma) after longer exposure (compare with Figure 2C autorad). Images from Figure 2C autorad and Figure 2C autorad long exposure were used to generate Fig. 2C.
