Description

To further elucidate the mechanisms by which NDP-MSH alleviates LPS-induced depressive-like behaviors, untargeted metabolomic profiling of the prefrontal cortex was performed across different treatment groups. The experimental groups included: saline (Ctrl, vehicle-treated mice), LP (mice injected with LPS), NDP (mice co- treated with LPS and NDP-MSH), LNH (mice co-treated with LPS, NDP-MSH, and the PKA inhibitor H89), and H (mice treated with H89 alone)
