Description

This behavioral data set complements our paper published on December 19, 2019 in Current Biology titled "Probabilistic Models of Larval Zebrafish Behavior Reveal Structure on Many Scales." All methods used to observe, compress, predict, and simulate larval zebrafish behavioral sequences are fully described in this publication. Current Biology (2019) https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cub.2019.11.026 The statistical modeling code developed for this paper and a Colab Notebook describing this dataset are available at this github repository: https://github.com/blobology/beast
