The selected patients are the 106 hypertensive patients who receive prevention and treatment services from the community hospital. Based on the survey of 106 hypertensive patients in the community hospital, the data of 13 indicators in four dimensions including personal basic information, disease information, treatment cost, and lifestyle guidance (prevention) were obtained.
