Description

This study evaluates the potential of Fourier-transform infrared spectral data of 1,633 milk samples from Holstein cows to develop a prediction equation for the quantification of immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, and IgM) concentrations in mature milk. The study also assesses the practical feasibility of the predicted immunoglobulin concentrations. This is the supplementary data associated with the research paper "Development of prediction equations for immunoglobulin A, G, and M concentrations in mature milk from Holstein cows using milk infrared spectral data".
