Carbon flux and environmental variable data

Description

The carbon flux and environmental variable dataset used in this study is derived from long-term eddy covariance observations collected at more than 20 flux tower sites, comprising a total of 1120 site-month records. All variables are aggregated to the monthly cumulative scale. Columns 1–14 contain environmental variables, describing the meteorological, ecological, and surface conditions at each flux tower site, while columns 15–17 represent carbon flux variables, including gross primary productivity (GPP), ecosystem respiration (ER), and net ecosystem productivity (NEP). Each row corresponds to observations from a single flux tower site for a specific month. All data underwent standard quality control, gap-filling, and consistency checks prior to analysis to ensure temporal and spatial comparability among sites. This dataset forms the basis for carbon flux modeling, sensitivity analysis, and model validation conducted in this study.
