(1) Students, scholars and practitioners of spirituality as pertaining to management and organizations, (2) Management academics and practicing managers, (3) Scholars in religion studies and of religious affairs. JSRSM serves as a meeting forum and fosters cross-fertilisation in these communities. We encompass, without prejudicing any belief or none, a multitude of interests and concerns. JMSR wishes to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of JSRSM that include: interdisciplinary and multi-methodological approaches—all spiritual and religious traditions—examining the relationship between JSRSM and society – critical, theological and philosophical reflections on JSRSM—metaphysical explanations of JSRSM. It wishes to encompass, without prejudging any belief or none, a multitude of interests and concerns. Our sole criterion is academic rigour and scientific merit. It seeks to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of RSM that include: • Examining RSM through different traditions • Exploring the relationship between RSM and society • Critical and interdisciplinary work that may extend the boundaries of RSM • Metaphysical explanations of RSM
