Description

Histone methylation, particularly at the H3K4 position, is thought to contribute to the specification of photoreceptor cell fate; however, the mechanisms linking histone methylation with transcription factor transactivation and photoreceptor gene expression have not yet been determined. Here, we investigated how MLL5 affects photoreceptor gene transcription through Immunoprecipitation (IP) , RNA-seq and Western blotting. Attached are the uncropped immunoblotting and gene expression change between Mll5-WT (WT-1, WT-2) and MLL5-KO (KO-1, KO-2) mice retinas.
