Functional annotation based on Gene Ontology for tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) SL3.0 genome assembly / ITAG3.2 annotation and SL4.0 genome assembly / ITAG 4.0 annotation. The folder "Tomato funtional annotation" contains the files "gene_association.itag3.2.nr" for the ITAG3.2 genome annotation and "gene_association.itag4.0.nr" for the ITAG4.0 genome annotation
