Data for: Trans- and cis-interaction dynamics of cadherin complexes on membranes visualized by high-speed atomic force microscopy

Description

The dataset includes high-speed atomic force microscopy (HS-AFM) data of E-cadherin ectodomains on membranes, a crystal-based model of a trans- and cis-binding cadherin complex, simulated AFM data of the crystal-based model, and numerical data derived from both HS-AFM and simulated AFM data.
