Interface-engineered Fe-6.5Si Soft Magnetic Cores with Integrated Insulation for Low-loss Additively Manufactured Axial-flux Architectures
Description
This metadata record is associated with the manuscript entitled “Interface-engineered Fe–6.5Si Soft Magnetic Cores with Integrated Insulation for Low-loss Additively Manufactured Axial-flux Architectures.” The record describes research data related to the fabrication, characterization, and simulation of additively manufactured Fe–6.5Si/insulator soft magnetic core architectures. The associated data support the analysis of metal–insulator structures, interfacial morphology, and magnetic performance in three-dimensional insulated magnetic cores. Additional supporting data may be made available upon reasonable request.

Steps to reproduce
The research data were generated through fabrication, characterization, and simulation procedures described in the associated manuscript. Additively manufactured Fe–Si/insulator soft magnetic core specimens were prepared, followed by microstructural characterization, magnetic property evaluation, and finite element simulation. Detailed experimental and simulation procedures are provided in the corresponding manuscript.
