Description

This dataset contains raw and processed RNA-seq data generated from kidneys of Eepd1 knockout (EKO) and wild-type (WT) mice subjected to a high-fat diet (HFD) combined with streptozotocin (STZ) to induce diabetic kidney disease (DKD). Male mice were fed HFD for 4 weeks (−4 to 0 weeks), followed by STZ administration at week 0. Animals were maintained on HFD for an additional 13 weeks and sacrificed for tissue collection. Kidney cortex tissues were harvested for RNA extraction and bulk RNA-sequencing.
