Steps to reproduce

It is possible to fetch this dataset in MedLine format using CLI tool provided by PubMed (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/dataguide/edirect/documentation.html). After installation, paste this command into the terminal of your choosing: esearch -db pubmed -query '("radiology"[MeSH Major Topic] OR "diagnostic imaging"[MeSH Major Topic] OR "radiography"[MeSH Major Topic]) AND ("tomography"[Title/Abstract] OR "magnetic resonance"[Title/Abstract] OR "ultrasound"[Title/Abstract] OR "angiography"[Title/Abstract] OR "positron emission"[Title/Abstract] OR "interventional"[Title/Abstract] OR "image-guided"[Title/Abstract] OR "radioisotope"[Title/Abstract] OR "digital subtraction"[Title/Abstract] OR "imaging"[Title]) AND 2000:2025[PDAT] AND "Journal Article"[PT]' | efetch -format medline > articles.txt this will save results to txt file in Medline Format. After that you can convert it to CSV file via parsing the txt file.
