Psychological and biological data for the paper entitled "Psychobiological effects of an eHealth psychoeducational intervention to informal caregivers of persons with dementia: a pilot study during the COVID-19 pandemic in Italy". The dataset include an excel data reporting for each subject, Neuropsychiatric inventory scale (NPI) at baseline, caregiver burden (Zarit Burden Interview) at baseline (T0_CB) and after the intervention (T1_CB), state anxiety (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory - State subscale) at baseline (T0_SA) and after the intervention (T1_SA), trait anxiety (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory - Trate subscale) at baseline (T0_TA) and after the intervention (T1_TA), depressive symptoms (Beck Depression Inventory-II) at baseline (T0_DS) and after the intervention (T1_DS), self-efficacy in obtaining respite (Revised Scale for Caregiving Self-efficacy - obtaining respite subscale) at baseline (T0_SE_OR) and after the intervention (T1_SE_OR), self-efficacy in responding to disruptive behaviours (Revised Scale for Caregiving Self-efficacy - responding to disruptive behaviours subscale) at baseline (T0_SE_RDB) and after the intervention (T1_SE_RDB), self-efficacy in controlling upsetting thoughts (Revised Scale for Caregiving Self-efficacy - controlling upsetting thoughts subscale) at baseline (T0_SE_CUT) and after the intervention (T1_SE_CUT), and cortisol total concentration at baseline (T0_CC_AUC) and after the intervention (T1_CC_AUC).
