Description

Data were retrospectively collected from patient medical records at the Department of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, SAT Hospital, Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. Couples who underwent IVF-ICSI between January 2017 and December 2020 were identified. Eligible participants were categorized into severe male factor and non-male factor infertility groups, matched for female age, BMI, and ovarian reserve parameters. Information gathered included demographic details, infertility diagnosis, sperm source (ejaculated or surgically retrieved), type of male factor infertility (severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia or azoospermia), treatment protocols, and clinical pregnancy outcomes.
