Processed data for geometric-disorder effects on crack-tip damage scaling in beam-lattice fracture
Description
This dataset contains the processed numerical results supporting the manuscript on geometric-disorder effects on crack-tip damage scaling in beam-lattice fracture. The data were generated from two-dimensional Timoshenko beam-lattice simulations with a regular triangular reference lattice, same-topology perturbed lattices, and perturbed Delaunay retriangulated lattices. The dataset includes postprocessed c_v-N curves, segmented-fitting results, bootstrap confidence intervals, variance-decomposition tables, extra-binomial variance ratios, and geometric descriptors used to generate the figures and tables reported in the manuscript. The processed data are sufficient to reproduce the reported scaling plots, large-N slope comparisons, variance-closure analysis, and geometry-statistics correlations. Raw intermediate simulation files and source-code variants are not included because they are not required to reproduce the postprocessed figures and statistical summaries reported in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce
Download and unzip the dataset. The processed tables in the analysis_tables and figure_source_data folders can be used to reproduce the reported scaling curves, fitting summaries, bootstrap confidence intervals, variance-decomposition results, and geometry-statistics correlations. The README.txt file describes the folder structure and the role of each file. Raw intermediate simulation files and source code variants are not included because the deposited processed data are sufficient to reproduce the figures and statistical summaries reported in the manuscript.
