Description

The data mainly includes land use data of rail transit stations, passenger flow data of rail transit, social development data, and economic level data. Among them, land use data is based on high-definition satellite maps (Baidu Maps), on-site surveys and measurements, and GIS database statistics of built-up areas within the third ring road of Xi'an city. Land use data is mainly used to calculate a series of characteristic indicators of the built environment, such as land use properties and building area, in the area of rail transit stations. The source of obtaining passenger flow data for rail transit is the operation company of Xi'an Rail Transit Transportation Group Co., Ltd. The selected time period follows two principles: one is to avoid special periods such as holidays. The second is to ensure that the collection period covers the complete subway operation time every day, and the collection time is continuous for one week, which is used to calculate the number of passengers entering and leaving the rail transit station. Social development data and economic level data are sourced from publicly available online data and field research.
